Vitalia was born in 2015 with a residential housing project located in Narlıdere, İzmir. Initially, the brand was developed by focusing solely on the specific features of this single location. Over time, however, the company expanded to include projects in various cities with different architectural styles and facade designs. This growth rendered the existing brand identity limited and insufficient to reflect the company's broader vision. A shift was needed—from a project-based communication strategy to a consistent and scalable brand identity that could embody the company's long-term values.
